Materials: Markers, colors or crayons, scissors and glue.

Instructions:
Color, cut and assemble your Gratitude Cube using the sample picture as a guide.

Every night before bed, roll you cube as a dice and say thanks for something wonderful in your life.

Caregivers: Make gratitude part of your daily routine with your children so you can practice together this wonderful way of being kind to yourself.
Purpose:
Help kids experience gratitude and appreciate the positive things in their life. Encourage gratitude as a way of self-care.
