The bodybuddies want to teach you how fruits and veggies are kind to your body. To stay healthy: eat the rainbow!

Instructions:
Color the bodybuddies in the first 3 pages, in the correct color, as you learn how each of them is kind to your body.

For your body to be healthy, you must eat the rainbow! In tha last page, draw different colored foods to make a rainbow.

Caregivers: Fruits and vegetables are the cornerstone of a healthy diet. Children must eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily, ideally from different colors! You can share a fruit salad while doing this activity or take the coloring sheets to the supermarket to look for the bodybuddies.
Purpose:
Help children understand that what they eat contributes to their well-being and foster healthy eating habits.
